Disposable Inbox
Inbucket accepts mail for any address at this host and shows it in a web UI. Test anything that sends email without involving a real mailbox.

Claude Farm
An office wall display. Every colleague running Claude Code shows up as a pixel creature doing whatever their session is doing, with three rolling spend rankings beside them.

- A member issues a guest ticket scoped to this app and it is redeemed once; the office wall holds one that never expires. A guest sees the real data — names, activity, spend — so issuing a ticket for this is a disclosure, not a demo mode.

Taiwan Weather Cache
Seven Central Weather Administration datasets for the office's own district, polled on a schedule and cached. One authorization code lives here so no other app needs one.

- The machine API takes a Google ID token from any service account in this project rather than an API key, so a consumer needs no credential of its own and there is nothing to rotate.

Edge Recorder
Measures the connection it is opened on against every hosting surface this project could ship on, one at a time, and hands back a link to the result.

- Anyone can open the page, but only a signed-in member can start a test, and guest tickets are refused. The member sends the test's link to the person with the connection worth measuring, who needs no account: the link runs that one test, once. Each test also carries its own byte ceiling and expires, so the load is bounded by how many tests members create.

vg-control
A Vercel-style platform on GCP. A member imports what an app needs from the SDK and runs vg deploy; the control plane infers the database, storage, secrets and crons from those imports, then builds, provisions and deploys it.

- The member Console and the admin Console sit behind the shared sign-in; the member docs at /docs/ are readable without it. Each member app runs in its own pre-made Cloud Run slot, so the platform holds no project-wide rights over Cloud Run.

A FastClaw instance, run for the fun of it. Nothing depends on it, and the repo carries patches on a pinned upstream commit rather than a fork.
